Ugggh, Buyers List??

Hi everyone, I am just getting stared in REI and I’m completely puzzled about how to acquire a buyers list. I’m in the Atlanta and a little skeptical about doing ANYTHING on Craigslist. I’ve heard about various methods like “Ghosting” and staking out auctions, but I’m wondering if there is some program I can purchase or company I can hire to generate these buyers list for me? I work full-time so being at a weekday auction is not an option. Thanks in advance
