hi everyone , im new here . im looking at deals in cleveland .

i need help on a few things too say the least . i know im asking alot but i hope to provide help to anyone who reaches out to me as well ,anyway i can .

I want to know the cap rates in my area im looking at (shaker hts ) ?what are the normal vacancy rates ?i need to get a mortgage . can anyone direct me to a good bank ? anyone have experience here ? anyone have a good mortgage broker ? I need to get a good lawyer
