@Devlin Quarles - network on BP for folks in Las Vegas. Start researching the different neighborhoods via Zillow/Trulia. Get a data pull from a list broker on your criteria for that area. Lookup a local REIA and find out the meetings times so you can join as soon as you get there.

Wholesaling is popular out here, I don't mess with it but plenty of people are doing it so you should have no problem finding people to link up with.
