Good software recommendations for keeping record of expenses
Just starting out in flipping and renting. Primary portfolio to be rental but couple flips mixed in. Would love some ideas and a good software to help establish cost basis and keep track of expenses. Looked into Intuit etc. but would like to see what the veterans have in place to track expenses. Mainly looking for software to track expenses for flips and if a different software to track expenses for rental property upgrades etc. Any help is appreciated.
