House Flip, St. Petersburg, Fl
Has anyone Fix and Flipped/Sell or Rent in the St. Petersburg area? I see houses on Redfin under $100K. There is no listing agent information though. Seems all houses under $100K have no contact information. So I looked up MLS Listings in Pinellas County and found WHY Realty. I sent out a few inquiries, received and "automatic response" but that's it. I'll keep trying of course but if anyone can enlighten me, I'd appreciate it.
