Hello everyone! So I am extremey new to this site and the idea of rental investments. For the past year and a half I was working side by side with my good friend and I was learning a little bit about the ropes, and easier repairs. Now I'm looking to branch out on my own, I've been doing research and continue to expand my knowledge every day.  However, is till have questions.

1.Where do people find others in every day life to work on their networking abilities? (As in lawyers, contractors, and management companies)

2. What if you have little money to place for a down payment? Are conventional loans or money lenders a "smarter" choice.

These are my maiquestions for Now, I'm sure as explore this site more and more I'll find more questions to ask. I also understand answers will not be a one-fits-all type of thing. I just want to know your opinions and why.

Thanks so much in advance!
