Hi. I just logged onto this site about 4 days ago. Lots of info and eye candy. But really need to get to the basics and not get overwhelmed. Can someone direct me to the info where I can learn the fundamental metrics required to get really good at analyzing a good vs bad deal so I can make the appropriate offers? TIA
