Buying my second property

Hi, I'm a 25 year old new to the investment game. I recently acquired my first investment property(a 3 bedroom condo) and I’m in the process of finding a tenant. With that being said, what are some things I can currently be doing to better set myself up to acquire my second investment property, preferably a multi-family unit, before the end of this year. Can anyone shes some light on how to acquire multiple investment properties. What do banks tend to look at to give you that second loan
