Needing help with first investment property
Hello! Looking to get any kind of help with buying my FIRST investment property in Austin or Texas area. I am a newbie of course. To start off, can you guys recommend a investment friendly agent.

@Dave Mukherjee all agents are friendly to investors if they think you will close. Agents are not friendly to people who are wasting their time. For this reason, I suggest you shop property in your market and then call an agent when you are ready to make an offer.
