Lease Purchase w/ Listed Properties
I am interested in doing some more lease purchase deals, there are plenty of FSBO's in my area that seem simple enough. My question is, should I try to apply a lease purchase exit strategy when a property is listed with a Real Estate agent? if the answer is yes, how would that happen? Still new to REI so any constructive advise here will be very much appreciated.
