What can I do now to better prepare for the future?
Hello everyone!
I am currently stationed overseas, patiently waiting to begin my real estate escapade for when I return to the US May 2019. What are some things I can be doing now to prepare for the future? Aside from spending time on the site reading though the forms and education. Is there any specific computer program I need to learn that can help me? Should I start designing business cards? I am open minded to all suggestions! Thank you all for your time and responses!

Start saving money. You will need down payment funds, reserves, etc.
