Valuation Practice on Properties

Hi everyone, 

My name is Chris and I'm very new to real estate. I'm in the process of educating myself and want to know if there is a good way to practice running the numbers and evaluating properties. I want to learn how to estimate things as well such as rehab costs etc. Is there a set of tools or platform I can use to begin this? 

I'm really excited to be apart of such a knowledgeable community and look forward to contributing in any way I can.
