Assistance for budding investor
Hi All,
I'm new to the forum and am in dire need of advice/guidance as I'm somewhat new to real estate investing. I'm currently US Military (AF), I have 3 rentals and primarily reside in another. I'm trying to get into flipping but banks won't provide another mortgage (since I have 4) I Have a new LLC and I'm thinking thats my avenue to get a loan. My wife's also a new Realtor but we can't tell whats a good deal. Any help for a newbie would be greatly appreciated. Also I'm pretty handy so I can do alot of the remodel.
