Hi BP Family! Wondering if it is possible to use an FHA loan for multi family units in Southern California? If so can it also be use for hundreds of units, or is there a limit of units I have to follow? I greatly appreciate your feedback!!!

I'm not a mortgage broker but I am a realtor in south Florida. To my knowledge you may use an FHA or 203k loan for any residential property 4 units or under. these rules apply to all 50 states. I dont believe these types of things change by state. good luck!
