New Investor in Chatham/ Springfield, IL
Hello,
I am a new investor with 0 properties. My wife and I are looking at investing in rental properties in our area.
Our area is a small bedroom community with a great school district and population growth. The market appears to be friendly to $900-$1500 a month single family homes.
We are looking for connections to help build my team. We are hoping to purchase a rental property in the next 6-9 months.
