Evidence of funds from PML

Hi All,

I am new to the site and to REI. I have been reading the different post and appreciate the networking and advice given. My questions are: I have a friend who is willing to be the PML. What is the process for him to do so and How do I prove that I am a cash buyer when negotiating a deal?
