hello, everyone.
i'm first time investment property buyer who's trying to get in this business.
currently, i'm looking at houston and dallas market. I'm wondering if i'm too late to get in? or anyone has good area of suggestion that i can start with?
also 20% or 25% down. which one is better for bigginer like me?
