NY Agency Disclosure Question - studying for exam

Posted

This seems to be somewhat of a tricky topic (for me at least), but I am trying to come up with scenarios of when you would check off certain agency relationships. One (that is probably very simple) that I am a little confused, for example...Agent Todd at Xyz Real Estate has a listing and sets up an open house. He asks agent Mary also from Xyz Real Estate to do the open house for him. Agent Mary has someone who comes into the open house who is not working with another agent and wants to put in an offer. What does Agent Mary fill out on her disclosure form?

Or if Mary hosts the open house and someone is interested in the house and possibly others that are on the market that may or may not be listed with your broker, what does she check off?

If you can recommend any good videos or website that really helps break it down it would be super appreciated!
