First time buying a but and hold.
Looking at my first investment property. Seller is asking for $80k, needs about $5000 in cosmetic work, estimate. Rent is averaging about $850 a month for comps in this area. This will be one of the nicer houses available in the area. Sound like a solid investment to you guys? Thanks
