About To Close First Property...Best Way To Handle Payment?
I'm about to flip my first property I bought for pennies on the dollar. It is a distressed house and I'm about to sell it for 15K. What would be the best way to handle payment? Through just a simple wire transfer or would it be better to handle payment through escrow? Is there a better way? Thank you!
