Newbie starter advise...

Hello, I am new to BiggerPockets and preparing to start my real estate investing journey. Here is my scenario. I have $35,000 cash, no debt, my wife and I have 720-740 credit scores, and we have approx. $85,000 household income. I have a general plan to buy local buy/hold rentals in the $50,000- 80,000 range but would appreciate hearing what some of you salty vets would do in my scenario. Thank you! J. Slater

@Jordan Slater Where are you located? Buy 50-70k homes in B areas that rent for 750-800 or more. Do this 50 times. Achieve financial freedom. If you buy multiunits avoid low 500ish type rents
