Rental property investing
Just getting started in the rental game, looking at 2-4 families (owner occupied) in providence, RI and Merrimack valley area in MA. Was planning on going FHA but just learned about conventional 97. Trying to decide between about 5 different properties as to what makes most sense financially, best return, etc.
Any advice/thoughts much appreciated
