Help...My Brrrr is all bad

Purchased a SFH and started the rehab myself months ago. Interior is complete. However, the exterior is hideous. Do I refinance in its current condition or do hard money loan for exterior stucco, windows, a new roof and then refinance?

@Michael Martin If anything make the outside look it’s best . They are going to take pictures of the exterIor and the better it looks the higher the appraisal
