Relocating from Minnesota to Arizona

Ok I have had enough with Minnesota market and weather. I am relocating from Minnesota to Arizona. I have been searching for deals here and I believe I could do better in The Phoenix area.

I am looking for a quad or tri-Plex That has opportunity for some forced appreciation. I am a Veteran first time home buyer, and I believe a quad would be a great foundation for this journey.

I am looking for a realtor/investor preferably someone who works with a team, and has connections with contractors. This being my first deal it would be nice to work with someone who has experience and can streamline this as much as possible.

My goal is to live in one unit until I can refinance, and then transfer my VA into the next quad and do it over and over again until I have enough cash to finance myself!

I have heard good things about the Mesa Area, as well as the emerging Apache Junction

Help I do not want to experience another 7 month Minnesota winter! I know you are there in Phoenix let me know how I can add value thanks! “it’s all about the journey”
