What do you use for tenant screening

Ok well I just bought 5 properties all at once it's my first 5 properties in longview Tx it was a great deal but now I'm a little overwhelmed only one property is vacant and I'm starting to show it. So guys and gals what do yall use such as web sites apps and such to screen tenants? Thanks in advance for talks help.

CitiCredit for 6-7 years. 

$20 and very comprehensive credit report and eviction, too.

There are more expensive options but I'm fine with that one
