Tips to help get my first wholesale deal done?

Hello all! I'm a newbie investor who could use some insight. I'm trying to get my first wholesale deal done so I can have some money to start my own personal Real Esate business. Anyways, I'm struggling to get my footing. I understand the process but not in detail. Where do I get contracts for purchase and sale agreements? Assignment of Contract? What else will I need? Also, how does a double close work?

Thank You!

Matthew W.

Hey, this is actually my field of expertise, what state are you buying in? I can answer your questions but each wholesale company is different.
