Finding a way to get hands on experience
I just moved back into D.C. for school and I'm about to take the test for Maryland real estate exam. In order to raise money to kick off my investing vision, I need a job. How would I find a job as a real estate agent for an Investor specifically because I might as well learn about the process while I'm a be an agent?
