In my own words... Hi everyone my name is Cody Wandersee. I'm a realestate investor just starting out with alot of client willing to carry a not on a 7,500 property. I do be for at most 1 year. The house is a sound investm and could easyly be rented out or fliped for 2x the origanal investment.
