Newbie trying to get started in the business.
Hello, I’m looking to get started in real estate investing. Specifically wholesaling because I don’t have the capital or credit at the moment to be able to purchase properties yet. I’m 22 years old located in Queens, New York. It would be great if there’s anybody in my area that uses BiggerPockets who could show me the ropes and teach me what they know to help me get my business started. I would be more than willing to be able to help them with their business as well.

Its always good to see local agents getting involved in the forums.
I'm curious as to why you'd look into wholesaling being that you're already an agent. Wholesalers market for properties much like agents do for listings.
