looking to invest in mobile homes
Hi everyone! This is my first post. I went to one of those rich dad work shops so here I am on bigger pockets! This forum seems like a great place I can educate myself without spending 50K.
Anyways I'm looking to start investing in real estate. Particularly around South GA, and North FL.
I would like to start out with mobile homes beacuse I have experience in repairing them.
Only problem is I'm not sure where to start looking as far as buying used MH's goes. Also finding replacement parts can be a challenge when you need them right away.
Any help/suggestions in pointing me in the right direction is greatly appreciated.
