First Time Investor Looking for Advice

Hi, my name is Daniel I am 28 years old and I am new to biggerpockets. I am looking for advice in regard to real estate in the Durham Region.

My portfolio is as follows:

- I own a contracting company which is currently Net-ing $220k per year.

-I own a home which I live in that currently has $250k in equity. ($350k mortgage - appraised at $605k)

-Currently have $130k in cash 

I am interested in a buy and flip, but am open to all options.

Looking for advice from some of the members with experience in this field.
