Hello Everyone, I am from Toronto, Canada and I have been listing to the podcast. I am a digital marketer by trade and am starting to explore real estate as a side income. After I saved up few hundred k, I flipped few houses in Ontario for minor profits. I am curious, anyone here into rentals? Rebuilds ? Lending or anything to do with this business from Canada ? It’s very different than USA market and almost insane to think that people in the USA pay $800 Rent on $90k property. I’m used to getting $2200 rent for $800k House. Looking to network and make new like minded friends from Canada.
