Property mang. In Pensacola FL
My wife and I are are moving back to north GA and have to find a property management company. This is going to be our first rental and hopefully not the last. We were originally planning on renting the house furnished; however, we have not been able to find a rental company that wants to work with furnished homes. Do you guys have any recommendations for Pensacola-local management companies or tips for beginners?
