4 Square Method excel spreadsheet

After Seeing BiggerPockets Brandon's video of the four square method, which is awesome, I converted his form into an excel spreadsheet for easy and quick calculations.  I appreciate you Brandon for sharing this info with all members and it was only natural for me to put into and excel sheet for our members who prefer using spreadsheets.  Thank you again!  Feel free to give it a try, if you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to let me know.  Thank you and happy searching.
