Hi Marine! Sorry this is months late however I'm jumping back on track now after months of learning ,working to pay my bills & exhausted burnt out Life Challenges! 

I live in Austin moved her 11 months ago from Melbourne ,Fl.

There is a Huge overgrowth of real estate blowing up

too many people not enough homes/apartments 

over crowded city

anyway I am a wholesaler I have investors list 

I just keep learning in between massage clients & cleaning houses
