Understanding Pre-forclosure lists
Hello Bigger Pockets!
I'm just getting started with my lists. I purchased several pre-foreclosure lists from Listsource and am trying to understand the data that I received.
Can anyone explain the differences between Foreclose recent added date, Forclose effective date, Forclose original recording date, and forclose recording date to me? My lists are from Utah.
