Tired, need help

Over the last few months I have purchased two courses on investing in real estate and now I am ready to move. I'm tired of working for others and want to eventually do this full time. Not being a big risk taker I need a source that will help me thru my first deal and perhaps others after that. Does anybody know of a person with experience who does consulting for this type of problem?
