I did it!! I listened to every Bigger Pockets podcast episode!

Hello all!! I’m just elated to share that I have finally listened to every episode of the BiggerPockets podcast! It took me some time to do but it was a goal to listen to all of them by October 2018 which I have accomplished the last week of September! Now I’m up to date and can continue on with the regularly scheduled releases. So far the most lifechanging episode for me was I think #5 on Estate building, preparing for the future. There were so many things that I didn’t know that was touched on like what exactly a trust is and the importance of one. It really got me to thinking about my legacy and legacy building. So this was my first actionable step on my journey to getting educated in real estate investing ad essentially buIldIn the foundatIon for making solid investments in the future. Next step is to become a Pro member and review the webinars as well as watching the videos on the YouTube channel. So thank you BP for producing such awesome shows that are packed full of digestable information!
