Finding the right mentor.
I’ve worked for the city for about 10+ years. I’ve seen the city change right before my eyes for (Tampa, FL). I’m looking be apart of the change. I’m currently a water treatment plant operator over night. My goals are to quit my job and be a full time flipper and landlord. I need some help in where should I start. Thanks
