How to structure for multiple rental properties

1. If you own say, 10 rental properties, obviously you don't want to do that under your own name so people often create an LLC when they own more than 2 properties? The reason I'm skeptical is because banks rarely lend to LLCs, they prefer individuals, correct?

2. Can you move existing properties that were under your own name to instead be under your LLC?
