Seeking Mentor - Eastern Tennessee
I am a deaf mother of three, seeking mentor for Eastern Tennessee. Would like to have duplexes, triplexes, quads. Starting out in Greeneville, TN then will expand to Johnson City, Kingsport, Jonesborough, Severieville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Knoxville, Nashville and Chattanooga.
For those who doubt that deaf can't do anything....

I have properties in Gatlinburg Pigeon Forge Chattanooga and Nashville.
Duplex will get you nowhere in Gatlinburg Pigeon Forge you need a log cabin and the AirBnB app.
Nashville has been out of the question to make money for about 4 years.
Chattanooga is decent but you’ll need to get in the car and go visit a dozen times first as with any market.
What’s your goal? How do you plan to find these properties? Manage these properties? Finance these properties?
