looking for some insight about beginning real estate please help

Hello BP members, 

I am a recent college graduate and looking to begin a career in real estate. I am trying to learn as much as possible before I start. Any books that you guys recommend or any additional advice it would be greatly appreciated. Also, I would like you guys to know I am getting married next year and have bills to pay so should I jump into real estate now or find a decent paying job to pay off some of my bills first and then begin my real estate journey.
