I’m scared to get started.

So I have a promising lead on an investment property that currently has tenants. There is potential to but the property and have equity built in, along with the current rental tenants. I currently have a mortgage on the home we live in and am just nervous at the prospect of buying another property. I feel like I just need to do it and rip off the bandaid, but it’s nerve racking!
