Good morning BP!!!, I am curious to know where did you start? What was your first deal? I haven't acquired my first property yet.I am 26 self employed(flipping cars.) My credit isn't that good due to student loans. I am fixing my credit but it will take time. I currently rent where i live. I want to know what was your first deal?How did you get your first deal? Where did you find the deal? How did you finance? Please leave your first time experience and any problems you encountered with your first property, and things you would have done differently?
