Mentor or Mastermind, which one?

If you had to choose one over the other, would you rather have an experienced Mentor or participate in a Mastermind, a group of like minded individuals pushing you to succeed while holding you accountable.

Forbes defines 7 reasons to join a Mastermind Group as (I paraphrased) : Exclusive Community. Advisement. Collaboration. Network Extension. New Learning. Cross-promotion. Think Bigger.

I love that last one. THINK BIGGER. If you’re not involved in a mastermind group, you’re not dedicated to Leveling Up. Join one. Level Up. Think Bigger.

While my mentor always has the golden answer, I feel I I get more out of my mastermind on a daily/consistent basis.

What are your thoughts?

Both.  Constantly surround yourself with aspirational people and your life changes (and vice versa).  And in today's connected world, they don't have to be close by.
