I'm 27 & need advice on my first steps!
Hello,
I'm 27 and have been living in an apartment for the last 3 years. I've always thought about real estate investments as a future goal and I've recently started looking for my first home to purchase. Financially, would it be smarter to purchase a rental home first (if we find one for the right price) or should we purchase our own home first then potentially rent that out when we are ready to move again?
