Long distance investing team

Hello BiggerPockets!

I'm hoping to invest in SFR in states, other than where I live. Which team members should be close to my investment property and which ones should be close to me? Obviously, real estate agents and property managers should be close to the properties, but what about the others?

Lender

Bookkeeper

Others I'm not thinking of right now
