First Flip Property Found and Offer Accepted
Excited that I finally have a home under contract to flip. So frustrated having 6-8 offers declined in the last 3 weeks on multiple homes but it payed off. The property I found was sent to me by a wholesaler. Got the email and called at 7:30PM, looked at home 7AM the next day. Offer and deposit submitted and accepted by 8AM that morning. Someone on Bigger Pockets said you have to have passion. As a part-time investor, I am both ready to go with passion and fearful of the unknown.
