Dear Bigger Pockets community.
I am hoping a holiday season is treating you well. I am new and looking to invest in small multi-families in the Hampton Road area. I should be able to come up with a downpayment money sometime this winter. I am located in the DMV area. I am looking for:
- Zip code recommendations of solid class B and higher neighborhoods.
- Property management companies and contractors servicing these areas.
- I will also appreciate contact info of investor friendly real estate agents who could add me to their distribution list.
My interest (all in theory at this point) is a buy a hold and have property managed through professional property management.
