Finding Comparables on Prop

I’m using RealEstateABC.com to find comparables , and I know I can’t cross major roads to get my estimate for the property but how exactly do I distinguish major roads on the softwares map?

Hey @Pharaoh Mitchell and welcome to BiggerPockets!

Yours is not so much a software question as a markets question. The best way to learn the major road boundaries for any specific market is to drive/walk them regularly. The next best way is to ask someone who is active and knowledgeable in that market. The last resort way is to use Google Maps Street View feature to get a visual sense of the surrounding streets and neighborhoods.
